For everyone’s peace of mind:

 

• The host parent or guardian stays on site for the duration of the party.

• Other parents are welcome to stay if they wish, subject to space.

 

Our team hosts and guides the experience, working alongside parents to ensure children feel supported and comfortable.

Pixie Studio is a clean, purpose-designed space created especially for children’s celebrations.

 

Activities are age-appropriate, gentle and inclusive.

 

Clear boundaries are always maintained so children feel safe, respected and relaxed.

 

A Note on Insurance

 

Pixie Studio is fully insured for the activities we offer.

 

To help us keep everyone safe, we ask parents to let us know in advance about:

 

• Medical conditions

• Allergies

• Additional needs

 

This allows us to plan each party with care and attention.

 

Kindness & Behavior

 

We aim to create a joyful, kind atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

 

We ask that children:

 

• Treat each other, our team and the studio with respect

• Take part in activities in a way that keeps everyone comfortable and safe

 

If a child is feeling overwhelmed or behavior becomes disruptive, we’ll work gently with parents to support the situation.

 

Looking After Belongings

 

Children are welcome to bring personal items, but we kindly ask that valuables are kept to a minimum. Pixie Studio cannot be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
