What’s the guest limit for Pixie Pamper Parties?

Our parties are designed for a minimum of 8 children and can host up to 20 guests. Need to add more magic? Additional children are welcome at £30 each, up to a maximum of 20.

Can parents stay during the party?

Accepted Answer

We’ve got a cozy waiting lounge for parents, but to keep the party magical and stress-free, we suggest only the host family stays on-site. Other parents can drop off their little ones and return for pick-up time.

What’s the dress code for Pixie Pamper Parties?

Comfy clothes are the way to go! We’ll provide luxury waffle dressing gowns and spa slippers to complete the pamper experience. Shoes and socks come off in the main party area for maximum relaxation.

Do you provide food for the parties?

Accepted Answer

We don’t include food as standard, but we’ve got you covered with some magical options: Pixie Pizza Party (from Domino’s), Personalised Pixie Graze Boxes, Large Sharing Graze Platters, or our Pixie Signature Graze Table. Feel free to bring your own pizza, cold finger foods, and birthday cake too! Just a heads-up: we can’t allow hot dishes, curries, rice, pasta, or takeaway food (except pizza).

When is final payment due?

The remaining balance is due 1 month before the party date.

Add-ons and final guest numbers must be confirmed at this time.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes balloons are welcome.
Items must not be attached/ fixed to walls or ceilings.
We also offer in-house balloon styling and number lights
