At Pixie Studio, creating a safe, happy and welcoming space for children is at the heart of everything we do
Our parties are designed to feel magical, calm and thoughtfully hosted, giving children the freedom to enjoy the moment and parents the reassurance that their child is being cared for in a well-managed environment
Things You Need to Know Before Your Party ✨
We can't wait to welcome you to Pixie Studio! To help make your celebration run smoothly, we've put together everything you need to know before the big day
⏰ Arrival & Party Times
Please ensure all guests arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time so we can welcome everyone and get the children ready
All pampering activities, food breaks, birthday cake celebrations and games take place within your allocated party time
We kindly ask that all guests leave by the agreed finish time to allow us to prepare for our next celebration
📝 Parental Consent Forms
A parental consent form must be completed for every child participating in a Pixie Studio party
We ask the booking parent to share the consent form link with all parents or guardians and ensure forms are completed at least 7 days before the party
This helps our team prepare for any allergies, sensitivities or additional needs

🍕 Food & Drinks
All party packages include a dedicated seated food break.
Food is not provided by Pixie Studio, so the booking parent is responsible for arranging food for the children.
To help protect our furniture and equipment, please avoid:

Greasy foods or foods containing sauces

Brightly coloured foods and drinks

Foods likely to cause excessive mess or staining
Squash is provided for the children
Children will remove their dressing gowns before eating
🎀 Preparing for Your Pamper Experience
Hair Bar
To help our Pixie team create beautiful hairstyles, please ensure your child's hair arrives clean, dry, thoroughly brushed and free from tangles.
Hair should be ready for styling on arrival, as our Hair Bar does not include washing or detangling
Mini Pedicures
For hygiene and the wellbeing of all children, we are unable to carry out pedicures on children who have verrucas or other potentially contagious foot conditions
If your child has a verruca, please let us know in advance and explain to them that they will not be able to participate in the pedicure activity.
We want every child to feel comfortable and included, and advance notice helps us avoid any disappointment or awkward conversations on the day
Hair Glitter
Hair glitter is part of our Pixie Studio styling experience. If you do not wish for glitter to be applied to your child's hair, please inform a member of our team or the host parent in advance so we can respect your preferences
🎂 Birthday Cake Celebrations
Every party includes a special birthday cake celebration moment and photo opportunity.
Birthday cakes are to be cut and packaged for guests to take home rather than eaten inside the studio.
Please remember to bring your birthday cake, candles and any suitable containers or bags needed for distributing slices
Cake plinths, number lights, balloon displays and other decorative features are available as optional extras and must be arranged in advance
💕 Reception Area & Accompanying Adults
Our reception area is available for accompanying adults who wish to remain during the party.
Adults are welcome to bring and enjoy their own refreshments in this space.
If you choose to host family members or other guests in reception, please ensure the area is kept tidy and all rubbish is removed before leaving.
Our Pixie Studio team takes care of clearing and cleaning the main party space
🧚🏽♀️ Children & Supervision
Our team guides participating children through their pampering activities and celebrations throughout the party.
Any younger siblings of the birthday child who are not participating in the party must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult.
For everyone's comfort and safety, we ask that children follow the guidance of our Pixie Studio team
🎀 Decorations & Additional Extras
Pixie Studio is already beautifully decorated, so there's no need to bring additional decorations.
However, if you'd like to personalise your celebration, we offer optional extras including balloon displays, number lights, cake plinths and other special touches.
Please arrange any extras in advance to ensure they're ready for your party.
To protect our studio, we do not permit confetti, wall-sticking decorations or toys and materials that may damage or mark our furnishings
